Jellivo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Jellivo may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
Deposits are credited to your Jellivo wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Jellivo does not charge any fees for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your Jellivo wallet must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned. Jellivo may request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests on Jellivo are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification — if your account has not been verified, you will be asked to submit documentation before your withdrawal is processed.
Standard withdrawal processing time on Jellivo is within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Most mobile money withdrawals are completed significantly faster than this. Jellivo does not charge withdrawal fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
Jellivo offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer's terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise, all Jellivo bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
All games on Jellivo — including Aviator, Bingo Adventure, Bird Catcher, Dragon and Tiger, Go Goal Bingo, and Monkey King Fishing — use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Jellivo does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical error.
In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your wallet. If a game disconnects mid-round due to a network issue on your end, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules and the outcome will stand.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jellivo. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Jellivo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to Jellivo, other players, or third parties.
If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete. Jellivo will aim to complete all investigations within 14 days and will notify you of the outcome by email.
You may also close your Jellivo account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.
Jellivo provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Jellivo is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or network issues outside of our control.
Jellivo's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's wallet at the time the claim arises. Jellivo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
